You will not use our Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

4. Offers and Transactions All offers made by Offer Stellar LLC are subject to due diligence, property inspection, and clear title.

Offers are valid for the timeframe stated in writing; we reserve the right to withdraw or modify offers.

Upon acceptance, a formal purchase agreement will be executed with standard contingencies (e.g., inspection, financing, title).

5. Fees and CostsWe do not charge sellers fees or commissions. Buyers and investors engaging with us may incur costs specified in separate agreements.

6. Intellectual PropertyAll content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by AM Home Buyers and protected by law. You may not use our materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Offer Stellar LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Offer Stellar LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Dispute ResolutionAny dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revisions on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
